TAQA goes pink!

On October 11, 2019, TAQA supported the annual Pink Run to help spread awareness of breast cancer. More than 1,500 people from Abu Dhabi took part in the event with proceeds from the event going to the Al Jalila Foundation to support breast cancer treatment and research. More than 30 TAQA employees and their families participated in the run.

TAQA HQ strives to have a positive influence on our communities across the UAE. We are proud to support this important cause as part of our ongoing corporate social responsibility initiatives.
The race also elevated TAQA HQ’s focus on employee health and wellbeing and was part of a larger program for Active October this year. Throughout the month, our employees are encouraged to incorporate health practices into their everyday lives, whether physical, mental, financial, nutritional or others.
